DOOR TO DOOR SHIPMENT

We Send our products worldwide using the best courier DHL , All the goods are

delivered door to door, to the client adrres.
Once the good were shipped, we will send you an e mail, with the tracking number. You can check

on line visiting www.dhl.com . The DHL deliver time frame is betweenn 3 and 5

working days.

COST OF SHIPMENT
The cost of the shipment  will be according to the weight and destiny of the goods.

Kara leathers are in the middle of the client and DHL, that is why we do

not earn an extra money for that. If you have your own account with a courrier , and you want to

use it, you can do it. But have to know that you will have import taxes. That are much expensive

than receving goods for other countries.

The taxes payment depends on the customs of every country, that's why we suggest to communicate

with the customs of your country to confirm the costs of nationalization of the product.

EXPORTATION

When exports are realized, the client will have to select the forwarder that he wants to use. We

provide the custom personal to deliver your goods. Some condition may apply to make a formal

exportation.

TIME OF DELIVERY:

Due to each product is custom made , it  will depend on the purchase volume and  kind of  products . But generally 10 to 25 days after

confirmation of the order .

Every effort will be made by the company to deliver goods within the period specified by the company, however such dates will not constitute part of the contract.

PAYMENTS :

Payment shall be due and  at the time the order is placed and accepted by the company.

WITH PAY PAL HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 5 % AND 3% WITH CREDIT CARD OR L/C. No extra charge with deposit to and USA account or wester union

 Orders placed by you will not be binding on the company or deemed accepted unless & until written acknowledgement is issued

GUARANTEE :

Kara Leathers guarantees the quality of all his products, therefore if you think that you

acquired a product with a dressmaking defect and / or quality, you will have to contact in the

space of 24 hs of received the products and mail to info@karaleathers.com.ar (matter claim  )

directed to attention to the customer service .

Think that the proper characteristics of the leather are not considered to be defects or quality of the same one, like being marks, scratches holes.It affirms the originality of the cowhide.

Customer Serivce  will send to the client a chart that it will have to complete to be able to evaluate not

conformity of the product and will award a number of claim, to proceed to the evaluation and

analysis of the case.

By which no return will be accepted unless our service department has notified to the client with

an answer with the taken resolution and the procedures to continue .If the client returns the

goods to Argentina, without the confirmation claim number. Kara leather will not accept the

goods, an they will remain in Argentina Custom .

All our products have a guarantee of 6 months , but the defect have to be review for our control

department.

CONDITIONS OF CHANGES:

If by e mail does not manage to detect if the defect was or not of manufacture, the client will

have to pay the cost of the mailing of the product for the change. 
 

MEASURES RUGS:

The measurement of the carpets can change (= +/-) for 2cm of the requested measurement. This owes

to the elasticity of the leather.
